HELPDESK TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Repair and service computers & related IT equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in IT devices. – Install software and required applications. – Troubleshoot issues with printers.
  • Knowledge in repairing laptops is an added advantage.
  • Maintain all IT equipment at optimum functioning.
  • Troubleshoot all hardware and software issues.
  • Install Windows operating systems, drivers, software, and printers.
  • Provide on-site customer support services.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT equipment repair and servicing.
  • Age below 30. – Basic knowledge in hardware.
  • Basic knowledge in outlook. – Ability to troubleshoot issues with printers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed and able to work with minimum supervision.
