HELPDESK TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Repair and service computers & related IT equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in IT devices. – Install software and required applications. – Troubleshoot issues with printers.
- Knowledge in repairing laptops is an added advantage.
- Maintain all IT equipment at optimum functioning.
- Troubleshoot all hardware and software issues.
- Install Windows operating systems, drivers, software, and printers.
- Provide on-site customer support services.
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT equipment repair and servicing.
- Age below 30. – Basic knowledge in hardware.
- Basic knowledge in outlook. – Ability to troubleshoot issues with printers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Committed and able to work with minimum supervision.
