- Provide 24/7 technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex problems.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with clients. What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant educational qualifications in IT or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Tamil is a plus.

- Ability to work on a roster basis, including night shifts.
