About the Role:
- We seek a Help Desk Technician Intern to gain hands-on IT support experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone or email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
- Perform routine maintenance on IT systems.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts and workstations.
- Provide basic IT training to users.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
