About the Role:

  • We seek a Help Desk Technician Intern to gain hands-on IT support experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone or email.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
  • Perform routine maintenance on IT systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests.
  • Assist in setting up new user accounts and workstations.
  • Provide basic IT training to users.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools.
