Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Ability to draft legal documents
• Providing legal advice in relation to general legal matters.
• Responsible for follow-up actions in projects and matters assigned.
• Coordinate with other departments in the company, analyze legal documentation and coordinate with law firms where necessary.

Education, Experience & Skills

• Attorney-at-Law
• A degree in law or in a related equivalent discipline together with working experience will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills and work long hours where needed
• Ability to work independently and also to liaise with other departments
