Head of Information System

We are in search of a Head of Information Systems for an immediate requirement in our Software Development division. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic, dedicated individual with the below-mentioned requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s vision and business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify technology-driven growth opportunities.
• Fully familiarize with! Cr operations, its distribution channels and ensure smooth functioning of the same and 24’7 availability in the entire network.
• Collaborate with clients and management to gather business requirements and design effective software solutions using the most appropriate technologies.
• Comply and maintain the process standards following by the company (Ex – ISO 9001201S, ISO 27001) etc.
• Ensure security compliance by addressing vulnerabilities identified by security audit teams, protecting information systems from internal and external threats.
• Manage software and computer system budgets based on annual capital allocations and RPFPs and oversee the evaluation process for outsourced service.
• Recruit and manage IT staff, mentoring them to maintain strong technical skills within the department.
  Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years experience in IT field with at least 5 years experience in managerial position preferably in healthcare domain.
• Exposure to a recognized Healthcare platform or involvement in the implementation of healthcare software in healthcare institutes.
• Understanding software development processes or experience & strong project management skills including familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, enterprise level IT technologies, IT service management. / IT infrastructure management and industry best practices.
• Experience in handling IT department budgets and resource management skills.
