GRAPHICS DESIGNER
To create compelling visuals for print and digital platforms while ensuring brand consistency across all design projects in collaboration with marketing and production teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design print and digital materials, including packaging, brochures, ads, and promotions.
• Prepare artwork files following prepress standards for accurate printing.
• Work with marketing and product teams to create brand-consistent visuals.
• Stay updated on modern design trends, tools and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong print/digital portfolio.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good understanding of prepress workflows (color, bleed, file formats, etc.).
• Intermediate video editing skills is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Location: PrintXcel Group Head Office – Athurugiriya.
