Senior Business Analyst

Primary job role

A dynamic role for an experienced Business Analyst who can work directly with our clients worldwide and effectively liaise with the development team in Colombo to manage product/ project requirements. Prior experience in working with ERP applications/ Manufacturing the domain is preferred.

Main duties/responsibilities

• Perform the full spectrum of Business Analysis activities
  • Requirement analysis, elicitation, documentation & effective knowledge transfer
  • Propose effective solutions to complex business problems
  • Ability to plan, negotiate and manage the scope of requirements
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring quality and timely completion of projects
• Manage expectations of our enterprise-level ERP clients in software implementation
• Collaborate with our ERP consultant team to elicit and validate customer requirement
• Ability to understand and document ERP integration requirements for the projects/ products
• Work independently with internal leadership and multiple project delivery teams
• Work overseas at client locations on short-term engagements

Experience

• More than 5 years of work experience in software development projects
• Hands-on experience in ERP Application or Manufacturing domain
• Hands-on experience in RPA implementation is preferred

Technical Knowledge

• Direct experience working with clients based in North America, Europe, or Australia is preferable
• Experience in multiple business domains
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Business requirement elicitation techniques
• Agile based development practices
• Technical documentation techniques

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree or an equivalent qualification.
• IIBA certification is preferred Behavioral competencies-Communication
