Maintenance Technician / Electrician

This role is to perform routine maintenance procedures and to help troubleshoot and quickly repair any mechanical or electrical problems should they arise with the manufacturing processes and supporting equipment and systems in the facility. Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum 03 years of working experience in a large manufacturing facility.
• A full-time trade apprentice training on Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 030r 04) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using MS office software & AutoCAD software.
• Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
• Proven work experience as a Maintenance Technician or Electrician.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, heating systems, and ability to read system schematics.
• Sound knowledge in safety and equipment procedures.
• Ability to read system schematics.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Inspecting equipment and conducting route inspection in manufacturing (injection molding and extrusion
• machines) and utility machines
• Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Removing old equipment and installing new machines.
• Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.
• Undertaking scheduled maintenance.
• Diagnosing breakdown issues.
• Maintaining 0 accidents.
