Executive – Human Resources

As the Executive Human Resources, you will be responsible to Support on achieving HR goals & Objectives. This position serves as a focal contact point between the HR department and business units to deliver value-added HR services. You will be joining a team of experienced professionals in the field of Human Resources Development and closely work with the senior leadership team and will pave your way for a mutually beneficial career within the Company.

The Job Role

• Prepare HR related reports and HR Dashboard.
• Attend all disciplinary matters and prepare reports by coordinating with the relevant authorities.
• Formulate and maintain appropriate channels to facilitate and handle employee feedback.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, enhance work Life balance, and employee engagement by implementing and promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
• Plan and implement a succession planning model to the organization.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

• A Degree/ Professional Qualification in the field of Human Resources Management/ Business Administration from a recognized University/ institution.
• Possess 01 — 02 years of experience and handled similar job Functions.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office with strong aptitude for technology and software use.
• Exceptional verbal & written communicational and report writing skills.
