Executive – Revenue Assurance & Fraud Prevention (Outsourced)
Key Requirements:
- Appropriate First Degree in IT/ Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Preferably experience in the telecom/IT industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of database and programming languages such as SQL.
- Work on a rotating shift schedule independently, available 24/7, including both day and night shifts.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring abnormal behaviors of usage patterns and action immediately.
- Attend immediately on customer complaints and action within the Turn Around Time.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal & external parties to maintain quality service.
- Root cause analysis of issues and take preventive measures.
- Ability to build Ad-hoc reports independently for MIS purpose.
