Executive – Revenue Assurance & Fraud Prevention (Outsourced)

Key Requirements:

  • Appropriate First Degree in IT/ Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • Preferably experience in the telecom/IT industry will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of database and programming languages such as SQL.
  • Work on a rotating shift schedule independently, available 24/7, including both day and night shifts.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring abnormal behaviors of usage patterns and action immediately.
  • Attend immediately on customer complaints and action within the Turn Around Time.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal & external parties to maintain quality service.
  • Root cause analysis of issues and take preventive measures.
  • Ability to build Ad-hoc reports independently for MIS purpose.
