The ideal candidate should possess the GCE A/L qualification and a Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Engineering, Cisco Network Certification or Network Administration Certification from a recognized institute. A minimum of 3 years’ experience is essential to perform this role. A good command of English, excellent interpersonal and PR skills, along \ with the ability. to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment for extended hours as and when needed are key attributes and competencies sought.

Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations while coordinating with Group IT
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure
• Ensuring front office systems support functions are attended to promptly
• Providing Microsoft 0365 troubleshooting and support
• Ensuring continuity and maximum efficiency in all ICT systems
