Executive – Investment Operations

We are seeking a highly competent and dynamic individual to join our Back Office as Executive – Investment Operations.

PROFILE
•University degree in Finance/Accounting/Administration and/or a Passed Finalists in CIMA/ACCA/ CA

• Candidate should have at least 2 years work experience in a similar or related field. Experience in clearing/settlements will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of financial reporting and good numerical skills.

• Impeccable attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Good interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently, multitask and work under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the Investment operations team in pre-trade activities (investment instructions, documentation etc)

• Support the team in the day to day settlement functions, collateral management, fund transfers

• Dealing with counter parties and front office team to support the smooth functioning of investment activities.

• Work with team in data capture, reconciliation and valuations

• Assist finance team in Client reporting on performance and holdings.
