Executive – Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality, data integrity, and user access.
• Ensure timely resolution within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Power BI dashboards, including data refresh failures, performance issues, and visualization errors.
• Assist users with data interpretation and the effective utilization of Power BI dashboards.
• Work with IT professionals and vendors to resolve issues and acquire resources.
• Adhere to IT security protocols and comply with Group IT Policies.
• Plan, track, and manage the annual IT budget.
• Assist in resource allocation and budgeting to optimize operational efficiency.
• Prepare monthly reports and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement solutions to improve IT systems.
• Develop and manage strategies for hardware and software upgrades.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software and network administration.
• Azure or server administration certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Windows Server) are an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, with a “can-do” attitude to tackle challenges effectively.
