Executive – Compliance
Job Profile

• Assist with the development and maintaining of compliance policies and procedures.

• Monitor and ensure adherence industry regulations and standards.

• Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating compliance risks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance strategies

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in i.ustry regulations and adapt company policies accordingly.

• Conduct compliance trailing programs employees.

Candidate Profile

• Below 30 years of age.
• A relevant qualification in Business, law or a related fie..
• 2 years experience in a similar capacity preferably in the financial Service Sector.
• Through knowledge of current regulatory and compliance framework.
• Excellent written and spoken language proficiency in English and Sinhala.
• Ability to work Independently and travel extensively within branch network.
