We are currently in the process of recruiting a Team of highly motivated, IT-savvy individuals for uninterrupted service and technical Improvement. Should you join us, you’ll have the opportunity to shadow our experienced professionals and learn on the job as well as through our in-house technical training. You’ll also be exposed to world-class remote management tools in an ISO 20000 Certified environment using ITIL best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/ I-IND in IT
- Exposure to end-user devices and server support environments (Windows/Linux/MAC OS X)
- Ability to provide Remote / Onsite technical support
- Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving end user workstation problems including Network Printers
- Support for mobile devices and handle MDM software (Android / Apple)
- Provide end-user training where required
- Maintenance of vendor contracts and SLAs of devices & services
- Exposure to cloud-based productivity & virtualization technologies
- Good decision-making and communication skills
- IT Savvy, Dynamic, and Intelligent
- Willing to work for extended hours and with the ability to face challenges
- Documentation/Writing Skills and Excellent command of the English language
- Freshers are welcome to apply q- Past experience in IT support will be an added advantage
