ERP Functional Consultant (3+ Years of working experience)

Our client is a leading provider of enterprise solutions, helping businesses streamline their operations with cutting-edge ERP systems. We are looking for a skilled ERP Functional consultant to join the dynamic team and drive successful FRP implementations for our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- ERP Implementation & Configuration: Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and configure the ERP system accordingly.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in existing business processes and recommend best practices using ERP solutions.
- User Training & Support: Provide training sessions and ongoing suppod to end-users for effective system utilization.
- Data Migration & Integration: Assist in date migration, system integration, and ensuring seamless ERP adoption.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct SAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshoot issues, and optimize ERP performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, developers, and business leaders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in ERP consulting, implementation, or support.
- ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, or others.
- Business Process Understanding: Strong knowledge of finance, supply chaM, manufacturing, HR, or CRM workflows.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system configurations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Acumen: Basic SQL and scripting knowledge (preferred but not required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field.
