- Minimum 10-years work experience in a similar capacity
- Age Between 40-50 years
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use MS Office Packages & IT Systems
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ensuring the maintenance of office equipment and overseeing all maintenance-related work in the different office locations and ensuring the cleanliness of the premises
- Managing and coordinating the work of the office aides and support staff and assigning duties and monitoring performance
- Supervising the activities of the janitorial staff/security
- Hiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance work
- Coordinating, Procuring, and Purchase office supplies, etc
