The Role:
- Develop and implement the HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organizational vision and mission
- Develop and sustain talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies by ensuring Recruitment and Selection policy is adhered to and recruitments are completed in an effective and timely manner
- Conducting orientation to new hires ensuring consistency on onboarding
- Monitor and coordinate Training and Development activities
- Monitor and manage Performance Appraisal
- Handle Payroll Function inclusive of EPF/ETF
- Maintain the HRIS System
- Collect Data and prepare HR related Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports
- General HR and administrative duties of the organization
The Candidate
- Degree, Diploma or professional qualification in HR / Business Administration
- More than 2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal, coaching and negotiation skills
- In depth knowledge on the prevailing Labour Laws
- Candidates between 30 to 40 years are encouraged to apply
