The Role:

  • Develop and implement the HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall organizational vision and mission 
  • Develop and sustain talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies by ensuring Recruitment and Selection policy is adhered to and recruitments are completed in an effective and timely manner
  • Conducting orientation to new hires ensuring consistency on onboarding 
  • Monitor and coordinate Training and Development activities
  • Monitor and manage Performance Appraisal
  • Handle Payroll Function inclusive of EPF/ETF
  • Maintain the HRIS System 
  • Collect Data and prepare HR related Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports
  • General HR and administrative duties of the organization

The Candidate

  • Degree, Diploma or professional qualification in HR / Business Administration
  • More than 2 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal, coaching and negotiation skills
  • In depth knowledge on the prevailing Labour Laws
  • Candidates between 30 to 40 years are encouraged to apply
