Human Resource Executives (Junior / Senior)
We are looking for a dynamic candidate who can contribute to the smooth operation of the company’s human resources department.
Duties include
Finalization of group payroll. statutory payments and assisting in other HR functions such as strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits. training and development. budget and labor relations while assisting to maintain best practices.
Qualification & Experiences
- Should possess a degree in HRM or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
- IT literacy along with the ability of writing skills (English and Sinhala)
- Goal-oriented person to meet the deadline with minimum supervision
- Sounds knowledge in labor laws and statutory requirements
Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Involve in Recruitment and retention of competent and talented personnel.
- Involve in identify training and development requirements in liaison with heads of departments.
- Manage the entire payroll process, compliance with laws and regulations. accurate and timely finalization of group payroll and statutory payments.
- Assisting the HR head to install a high-performance work culture through employee happiness and other HR activities.
- Maintain the daily weekly and monthly statistics.
- Keep track of all the information’s related to HR
- Submit the management information’s report according to the requirements
