UI/UX Designer

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects at the same time and ability to determine and meet strict deadlines and organize/prioritize work
• Use creative thinking and initiative to analyze site performance metrics and make recommendations on content, site design, or features to improve the effectiveness of web content and/ or applications
• Meet design requirements for all platforms [Desktop, Web (Responsive), Mobile Apps (iOS, Android))
• Follow industry best practices

What are we looking for?

• BSc. in IT or any other equivalent/related Professional Qualification from a recognized institute
• 3 – 4 years of experience in designing
• A keen eye for usable design
• High level of competence in design software, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, Department flows, and sitemaps
• User research, prototype, and usability testing
• Strong portfolio featuring a variety of projects; responsive websites, landing pages, emails, marketing materials, infographics, logos, paper systems, and/or web experience
• Up-to-date with the latest Ul trends, techniques, and technologies
• Awareness of style guide drove design principles and methods
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent Team-Working Skills
• High attention to details and excellent judgment
• Very good planning and organizing skills
