Key Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement an overall recruitment strategy
• Develop and update job adverts liaising with relevant stakeholders
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
• Executive Search (Headhunting)
• Screening resumes, facilitate interviews and fulfill the hiring need within the deadline
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or PQHRM
• 2+ years of experience in a similar capacity in an IT firm
• Experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, user groups, social media, and other recruiting tools and databases
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work with a high degree of responsibility
