Coordinator – Operations

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative tasks of the Operations Department
  • Accurate and systematic management of all related documentation
  • Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action plans
  • Draft letters, memos, reports, and presentations
  • Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in quality improvement initiatives
  • Ongoing review and development of process improvement on business processes 
  • Assist with all department projects and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters

Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • Full or part professional qualification in Administration 
  • Minimum of 03 years experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala languages
  • Literacy in the Tamil language will be an added advantage
  • Highly IT literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office package
  • Should be dynamic, self-motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work extended hours
  • Should be a good team player
