Coordinator – Operations
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative tasks of the Operations Department
- Accurate and systematic management of all related documentation
- Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action plans
- Draft letters, memos, reports, and presentations
- Responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in quality improvement initiatives
- Ongoing review and development of process improvement on business processes
- Assist with all department projects and ensure all deadlines are met
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters
Ideal Candidate Should Possess
- Full or part professional qualification in Administration
- Minimum of 03 years experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala languages
- Literacy in the Tamil language will be an added advantage
- Highly IT literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office package
- Should be dynamic, self-motivated, and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work extended hours
- Should be a good team player
