Key duties and responsibilities

• Plan and ensure that periodic labor standards, environmental, C-TPAT, health & safety & product safety internal audits are conducted as per the internal audit plan while taking corrective and preventive actions accordingly
• Compile Corrective Action Plans for customer audit reports in consultation with the Compliance Manager
• Follow up on recommended corrective actions in accordance with the given deadlines
• Identify, implement and maintain the operational controls in line with set policies, procedures, and practices through an internal audit system
• Handling BSCI & SEDEX standards and follow up CAP submission and on-time completion of corrective actions

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Certificate in Human Resources Management/Health & Safety
• 2-3 years of work experience in the garment industry
• The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment to quickly identify
• problems and recommend solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Age below 26 years
