Human Resources – Intern

Samtessi Brush Manufacturers (Pvt.) Ltd, a member of the DSI Samson Group is a leading brush manufacturing company having more than 23 years of experience in the brush industry. Our factory is based in Kurunegala.

We are looking for experienced, energetic, self-motivated individuals who meet the following requirements to join our factory. There is a vacancy for the above position for immediate engagement depending on the competencies of the suitable candidate who is looking for a career with us.

Qualifications required

• Fresh graduates/ undergraduates in Human Resource Management or Part qualified in CIPM or who is seeking an internship in HRM
• Previous internship experiences will be an added advantage
• Age below 30 years

Competencies required

• Good command of English and local languages, both written and spoken
• Sound knowledge in MS office package with presentation and analytical skills
• Willing to welcome challenges
• Ability to join immediately and close proximity in and around Kurunegala

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the superiors with HR works, Employee relations, and Work Studies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superiors
• Provide support to implementing the new HRIS of the company
• The selected candidates will be offered an attractive remuneration package on par with industry
