Production Executive

Dravima Lanka Pvt Ltd is a BOI registered, Netherland-based company that manufactures bead rings for bicycle tires. We are currently having an opening for a production Executive with the following Qualifications.

Qualification

• Male candidates are preferred under 30 years of age.
• The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering disciplines or NDT in Civil, Mechanical or related field from a recognized university or institute with
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production-related environment.
• Should have good stakeholder management, Leadership, and networking skills
• Should be a person with good analytical skills and be receptive to new ideas
• Good communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages
• Excellent computer literacy
• Preference will be given to those who have excelled in sports at school or university level
• Candidates with the Willingness to work with machinery are preferred
• Knowledge of civil construction (Steel Structure) will be an added advantage

Responsibility

• Overlook the factory expansion process
• Make sure the production plan is up and running with minimal downtime
• Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance
• Managing the production floor during the shift
• Continuous improvement of the production process
• Production Report preparation
