Product Manager – Digital Education – ICT BU
The Job
- Responsible to achieve targeted Revenue, EBITA, and ROI for the applicable product vertical through new customer acquisition, upselling, effective/innovative product development, and optimizing
- Study and launch scalable Digital Education Products and Services to capture full market revenue potential
- Ensure achieving Key deliverables and activities of relevant products which contribute to Enterprise revenue growth and quality of service
- Evaluating technical feasibilities, design optimizations, and any other possible issues of product development
- Manage product life cycle to ensure customers are delighted
- Ensure Product roadmaps are properly executed to bring more business value
- Lead and execute go-to-market strategy and approach continues to ensure products meet customer needs and have the proper representation in marketing collateral and channels.
- Provide insights for Annual business planning and enterprise Capex project management meetings.
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and offers.
- Liaise with Product development, vendors, and CP to come up with new products based on market research
- Develop products to improve channel efficiency reach and enhance the customer experience
- Provide technical input while working closely with another backend operational and support teams to accomplish desired goals and objectives of Enterprise Products road map.
- Execute awareness and training sessions to customers and sales and operational teams, on Enterprise Products to enhance knowledge and productivity.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise customers especially with CIOs to maintain divisional capabilities.
- Review proposals and provide consultation for cost-effective ways to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
- Maintain multiple customer engagement channels and ensure we have up-to-date information accessible to relevant customers/stakeholders
The Person
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Education, Information Technology, or any other relevant discipline
- Should have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives
- Sound problem-solving and planning skills coupled with a positive attitude
- Minimum of 5 years experience including work in Digitization and Digital Transformation
