Intern – Human Resources

Job Role

  • Coordinate performance management cycle of scorecard setting, bi-annual PR process & annual performance review process
  • Develops and coordinates employee rewards, and recognition programs to increase employee motivation.
  • Develop and coordinate employee engagement activities for the respective portfolios.
  • Responsible to coordinate end-to-end recruitment process by ensuring recruitment SLAs are met on time.
  • Responsible to coordinate divisional onboarding/induction process.
  • Coordinate training & development programs with respective stakeholders and organize same.
  • Developing JDs for new and enhanced scopes.
  • Handle special projects and tasks assigned by management.
  • Responsible to provide HR reporting and dashboards required for daily, weekly, and monthly updates.

The Person

  • Currently following Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management and/or Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
  • Ability to successfully work under pressure as a self-motivated team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound Excel Skills
  • Sound wrote, verbal, presentation, and report writing skills
  • Should have an outgoing personality

Note that the initial internship contract would be for a period of 6 months, and has the option to be extended up to 11 months depending on your availability and performance. You will also receive an allowance of Rs. 15,000/= per month during the internship period.
