Deputy General Manager (DGM) (Operations & Business Development)

Protons Infotech (www.proconsinfotech.com), a leader in ICT and digital solutions with global operations, is seeking a dynamic and qualified Deputy General Manager to oversee company operations, lead business development, and support project delivery. This is a senior leadership role with a clear pathway to General Manager (GM) within 2 years.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the ICT/software industry, with at least 2 years in a management role,
• Strong understanding of software development processes, client relationship management,
• Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations and project delivery across departments.
• Drive business development initiatives, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships,
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software projects,
• Implement and monitor performance management practices and operational efficiencies.
