Key duties and responsibilities

• Ensure patterns are created in alignment with the design intent and according to the pattern creation process upon receipt of the tech pack
• Verify the accuracy of patterns against samples whilst, identifying and addressing all technical issues
• Ensure patterns are graded accurately according to the customer specifications Constant follow up the critical paths at each gate and as to meet the product development plan
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/Certificate in pattern making/grading
• 1-2 years of work experience in garment pattern making/grading along with sound knowledge on fitting and product along with fluency in software-driven pattern making
• Working knowledge on sleepsuit/bodysuit would be an advantage
