- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must poses a valid riding license
- Should have proven experience in hardware/software troubleshooting at end customer premises
- Qualifications and related experience in managing, configuration, troubleshooting passive and active networks, CCTV networks, WIFI networks, access control systems, desktops & laptops
- Knowledge of multimedia-related devices and technologies will be an advantage.
