Qualifications and Requirements:
- Customer Experience and Customer Interaction skills
- Excellent communication in English.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work for US hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM SL Time)
