IceHrm is a Human Resource Management System (https://icehrm.com) developed by Glacies UG. It’s being used by more than 10,000 companies around the world. Most of our customers are based in EU and US.

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at IceHrm you will be responsible for supporting IceHrm and other products developed by Glacies UG

As s a part of your job, you will:

• Learn and become an expert in using IceHrm
• Help IceHrm customers to get started and configure IceHrm for their company
• Improve documentation
• Blog about our products
• Participate in product demo’s for IceHrm customers
• Provide support to IceHrm customers by replying to customer questions
