Manaco Marine Private Limited specializes in Crew Recruitment and Port Agency Services in the Maritime Industry.

We are seeking the services of an energetic and detail-oriented individual for the post of Crew Planner.

Role

• Monitoring employment trends, Building relationships, and ensuring retention of the crew
• Vetting Seafarer documents
• Preparing Seafarer CV’s
• Maintaining and updating the company database
• Maintaining departmental records

Profile

• Age between 25 — 35 years
• Minimum qualification GCE O/L with “A” pass for English
• Preferable with an HR qualification from a reputed institute
• Experience in the Marketing or Sales Field would be an added advantage
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to changing environments
