Locations: Colombo, Kandy & Negombo
Key Responsibilities
Meet new customers and provide financial solutions to their requirements (new customer acquisition)
Meet the lending targets allocated to the branch and assist in growing the advances portfolio
Prepare credit proposals inclusive of financial analysis, operating analysis, risk analysis
Liaise with credit approving authority of the Bank to obtain timely approvals
Join the Branch Manager / Relationship Manager on client visits / meetings pertaining to credit facilities
Perform periodic reviews of the revolving & other credit facilities on a timely basis
Monitor the branch credit portfolio & provide solutions to customers with difficulties A repayment terms
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of banking experience of which 2 years should be in a credit related role
Bachelor’s Degree / full qualification A Banking / Credit Management / CIMA or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills including the ability to understand and interpret financial statements
Flair for Marketing with an outgoing personality
Should be able to perform independently with minimum supervision to meet strict deadlines
