Senior IFS Consultant

This is your opportunity to become a member of a team working with a Scandinavian client in the Supply Chain, Retail, and Financial solutions, in the process of planning an upgrade to IFS Applications 10.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customisations
• Troubleshoot and correct existing customisations
• Contribute towards the upgrade to IFS Applications 10 and Evergreen thereafter
• Integration to other business systems that include the online platform, Astro Warehouse Management System and POS devises
• Adhere to all build and installation processes

Desired Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with IFS Applications
• Very good knowledge on IFS development platforms and tools: IFS Application 9 (required), IFS Applications 10 & Ever green (preferred)
• Experience in one or more of the following areas of IFS Applications is an added advantage: Supply Chain, Retail and Financials
• Experience developing new features / customizations that sit seamlessly on top of IFS Applications
• Experience in troubleshooting and correcting issues in IFS Applications and customisations
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding of version control systems (Cit etc.)
• Excellent communication skills.
