Travel – Senior Executive

As a travel executive you will be responsible for ensuring that customer correspondence is dealt swiftly and efficiently in accordance with company procedures. Main responsibilities include supporting customers, issuing tickets, re-issuing tickets and after-sales support.

Requirements

• Previous experience (3+ years) as a travel executive or a ticketing agent
• Hands-on experience using at least two GDS (Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre).
• Hands-on experience issuing and re-issuing flight tickets
• IATA qualified or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Flexible to work on a rotating shift
