Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients’ accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Provide clients with the highest level of service in a timely manner
  • Meet personal/ team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Manage sales pipeline

Person Specification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of English ‘(Both written and spoken)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual 
  • Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
  • Excellent time management skills
