Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities
- Provide clients with relevant information on the products and services offered by the company
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients’ accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Provide clients with the highest level of service in a timely manner
- Meet personal/ team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Manage sales pipeline
Person Specification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English ‘(Both written and spoken)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Deadline-driven and highly motivated individual
- Ability to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations
- Excellent time management skills
