The role will be responsible for:
• Delivering a level of service that ensures the guest has a memorable stay at our hotel, keeping in line with the theme of the service delivery
• Showing initiative and achieving stretched targets in a fast-paced environment
• Displaying innovation and creativity and embracing a culture of being the trendsetters in the industry
• Being a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Having a keen and consistent interest in personal and professional development
• Taking initiative and acting as a change agent when required
• Adapting and embracing the concept of being in a multi-skilled workforce
• Projecting a positive, vibrant, and open-minded attitude
The ideal candidate should possess:
• At least 1-year experience at a similar capacity in a star-class hotel. Overseas exposure will be an added advantage
