Gym Receptionist
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Gym Receptionist to join Cinnamon Grand Colombo. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in both Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Adding to its portfolio, the much-anticipated project valued at 1 Billion USD Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, will be opening soon. Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed conglomerate in Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing exceptional customer service experience to all members, non-members, and users of the facility
• Enrolling new members and assisting current members with their queries
• Welcoming members and visitors to the gym and providing accurate information concerning programs and activities
• Providing assistance to the city club manager in handling the overall operations of the fitness club
• Performing responsibilities of assisting gym instructors in ensuring that all safety procedures, rules, and regulations are strictly adhered to by members and guests
• Promoting enthusiastically all classes, services that are offered in the city club
• Performing periodic checking of the cleanliness and order of the Gym & locker facilities
The ideal candidate should possess
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Possess a pleasant personality with excellent telephone etiquette
• Outstanding guest service skills
