HR Intern

Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House beverages and Ice cream is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.

We are currently looking for a results-oriented individual to join our team as an intern for 6 months. The selected individual will have the opportunity to gain wide exposure to all functions in HRM.

Job Responsibility:

• Preparing employee personal files
• Assisting the Recruitment process
• Assisting the Training and Development process 
• Other HR activities that arise

The ideal candidate should:

• Following a degree/diploma in HR
• Be a dynamic, result – oriented go-getter who enjoys working in a challenging environment
