Software Engineer – Business Intelligence

Role Profile

• Understanding requirements, designing and preparing technical specifications
• Review and validate customer data as it is collected
• Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis Of data from different sources such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, mySQL, MSSQL, Excel files, IOT etc.
• Verify the collected data is within the required quality standard
• Write SQL queries, procedures to cleanse data.
• Oversee the deployment Of data to the data warehouse
• Analyzing, Modeling, and Designing Power Bl Solutions
• Maintain, Support, Evaluate and Improve existing Bl system
• Design, Build and deploy new data models on various business needs
• Performing systems testing
• Preparing test cases, assisting in user acceptance testing and sign-off
• Providing support during various phases of the implementation
• Assist in the development Of end user training materials

Personal Profile

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in the area Of expertise
• Experience in writing SQL queries
• Knowledge in Microsoft Power Bl data modeling and Visualization
• Experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL Server will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft technology stack will be an advantage (SSAS, SSIS, ADF, ML, etc)
• Understanding of coding and documentation standards
