JOB OUTLINE

  • Issue official receipts for payments received.
  • Maintain and control petty cash float.
  • Perform daily cash and cheque balancing.
  • Coordinate with banking couriers for daily deposits.
  • Accept container deposit refund requests and issuing container deposit refund cheques.
  • Verify and clear outstanding container washing payments.
  • Check and ensure the accuracy of container deposit refunds.
  • QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (ALL).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Business Insight & Strategic Acumen – Ability to understand financial transactions and align them with business goals.
  • Teamwork & Team Building – Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influencing & Negotiation Skills – Communicate effectively and manage transactions with professionalism.
  • Innovation & Entrepreneurship – Identify process improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Execution & Result Orientation – Maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
