Assistant Manager – Factory HR (Male/Female)

The Role & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivering a broad generalist service whilst addressing key industrial relations, employee engagement, wage management, performance management, culture change challenges, and other related activities in a plant environment
• Forecasting and drawing manpower plan as per the Sanctioned Strength
• The capability of handling ER and IR issues
• Management of salaries and wages for the employees
• Safety concerns and ensuring all safety programs are followed within the unit
• Negotiations with the job union to arrive at a consensus and frame a draft agreement
• Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly
• Give Training and Development to the employees
• Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit
• Responsible for Monitor Contract Labor and Security Services

Qualifications

• Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management will be a distinct advantage
• MBA can be an added advantage
• Minimum 6-8 yrs with a factory exposure in a top-end process-driven factory environment
