Bileeta (PVT) Ltd, is an Award-Winning Cloud-Based Enterprise Resource Planning solution (ERP) and eLogistic Supply Chain Management (eLMlS) solution provider to small, medium to large organizations under the brand name of Entution. Established in 2010, Bileeta operates from Colombo, Sri Lanka with a 100+ team-based, consists of both technical and domain experts. Entution, a cloud-based ERP solution is designed and developed by Bileeta – a Sri Lankan company.

An opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Manager – ERP solutions to join our team. The selected individual will be entitled to an attractive remuneration package along with benefits.

Job Description
• Generate Leads by establishing new Business Development strategies which will drive the organization towards achieving its vision through market research and customer interaction
• Build sound and lasting relationships with corporate clients both within and outside Sri Lanka
• Prepare and conduct presentations, product demonstrations to convince clients
• Negotiate and conclude sales to meet the revenue targets

Personal profile and skills

Educational
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management or fully qualified in CIM / SLIM
• Knowledge in IT & Finance
Experience
• Minimum 3-5 Years experience in selling software and technologies
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets & budgets
• Posses a sound network of corporate contacts within the locally and/or regionally
Skills
• Posses exceptional communication skills, marketing skills, negotiation skills & presentation skills
• Qualifications or experience in customer service, public speaking international relations will be advantageous
