Business Development Executive

Glacies UG is a company based in Berlin. We are building a team based in Sri Lanka. We are a 100% remote company and you will have the chance to work from home if you wish.

IceHrm is a Human Resource Management System (https://icehrm.com) developed by Glacies UG. It’s being used by more than 10,000 companies around the world. Most of our customers are based in EU and US.

As a Business development executive at IceHrm you will be responsible for managing IceHrm and other products developed by Glacies UG

As s a part of your job, you will be:

• Propose new features for the Product
• Helping IceHrm open-source customers to succeed
• Improve documentation
• Blog about our products
• Participate in product demo’s for IceHrm customers
• Provide support to IceHrm customers by replying to customer questions
• Help to test IceHrm
• Manage IceHrm social media accounts
