Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sales projects data to trends, patterns, patterns, and performance metrics related to construction projects and services.
• Evaluate marketing campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Develop and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance highlighting key metrics and insights
• Create visual representations of data, such as dashboards and charts, to facilitate understanding and communication of insights
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various sources
• Identify opportunities to streamline sales and marketing processes based on data insights
  

Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Physics, or Mathematics
• Minimum Three (03) years experience as a Business Analyst is preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and relevant software
• Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights
• Effective problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and provide solutions
• High excellence in written and verbal communication in both Sinhala & English language
• Skills for creating reports and presenting findings
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to adapt to changing data needs and business requirements
• Candidates below 35 years
