Scope

The Executive – Works HR (T&D) is responsible for addressing all manpower requirements (Staff & Associates) in the factory. The role holder is also responsible for managing the PMS process for Staff & Associates and ensuring that their training needs are identified and addressed promptly to support the business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all manpower requirements in the factory are met in a timely manner
• Facilitating management of the Performance Management System for the Staff cadre
• Supporting the preparation of the training calendar and driving execution of training activities for Staff & Associates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any other relevant stream
• 2-3+ years of experience
• Prior experience in a factory environment will be advantageous
