Branch Managers

Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka & Finance PLC, a well-established Finance Company, and a subsidiary of Bank of Ceylon is looking for a person to our team for the following positions.
JOB ROLE

• Be a dynamic team player and possess excellent leadership skills to drive the team to achieve overall branch objectives.
• Ensure high quality lending portfolio is maintained and sustained.
• Accountable and responsible for the achievement of all KPIs assigned to the branch.
• Be the catalyst of the branch and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained and sustained.
  PROFILE
  G.C.E (A/L) Examination with 3 passes with 3-5 years’ Experience in Executive / Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Capacity in the Banking & Finance Industry
• OR
• G.C.E (0/L) Examination with 4-6 years’ Experience in Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Capacity in the Banking & Finance Industry.
• Degree or Part qualification in relevant discipline is an added advantage
• Positive attitude and pleasing personality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• AGE: • Below 45 Years
