Associate Legal Officer

Our client is a well-established, leading software development and outsourcing company in Sri Lanka.

Key Requirements

• Attorney-at-Law with Notaries License to practice in English
• One year of experience in a legal & compliance environment or under a senior lawyer
• Should possess an excellent command of English, both oral and written
• Must be computer literate
• Should be a person with high interpersonal skills and a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision in a methodical and organized manner
• Drafting a wide variety of legal agreements
• Ensure (internal & external) compliance with [aid down guidelines, policies, and procedures; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required
