Service Coordinators

What you have to do
• Provide exceptional Customer Service to both internal and external customers
• Manage an incoming queue of customer requested task scheduling and associated escalations within defined SLA and OLA targets
• Conduct 1-2-1 phone calls with clients around the world to negotiate an agreement on the scheduling of key service requests
• Perform high quality, customer-focused case management in our service desk tool
• Manage resource availability in a pool of operations staff to deliver on the scheduled commitments
• De-escalate volatile escalation situations directly with customers
• Follow our standard operating processes as described in various knowledge articles, FAQs, SOPs from our documentation library.
Do you have?
• Minimum 5 years experience in customer service where you have assisted customers via phone and email, within a corporate environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in developing accurately written documents
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through ability
• Proficient Microsoft Suite computer skills including a CRM
• A vibrant, positive personality who seeks to understands others and has a mature approach with high empathy
